| Thomas
K. Ng is Chief
Executive Officer of ecVision Inc. He has
over 30 years of experience in the software
industry in the U.S.A., Europe and
Asia. |
| Thomas has
held senior management positions at various
multinational companies. Before joining
ecVision, he was the Executive Director of
Asian Sources, renamed Global Sources, and
was responsible for their e-commerce software
products. Prior to joining Asian Sources,
he was the Senior Vice President and
Chief Technology Officer of Computer Associates
in Asia. He has also held other senior positions
at Computer Associates, including Managing
Director for Hong Kong and Taiwan. |

President , Products and Solutions |
| As
VP of Products and Solutions, Cheryl is
responsible for the product development strategy
and execution of new
products and solutions supporting industry
demands and trends. Cheryl is also responsible
for managing the product delivery and account
management teams in the US and Asia. |
| Prior
to joining ecVision she served as the Letter
of Credit/Contract/Project Manager for JCPenney
Purchasing Corporation.
Cheryl has over a decade of experience
in all aspects of the retail merchandising
process. Throughout her career, she has held
various management positions in retail merchandising,
including Project Manager for International
E-commerce Project at JCPenney's Purchasing
Corporation, where she managed programs that
brought JCPenney to the forefront of merchandising
e-commerce technology. |

Product Marketing |
| Gary
is responsible for developing and launching
strategic marketing plans through
market research, competitive analysis, pricing,
customer engagement, and business planning.
This is executed through strong analyst and
press relationships in tandem with the product
development team. |
| Before joining ecVision, Gary worked for RTTS, a software testing company where
he propelled the marketing program that allowed
it to grow exponentially in an economic troubled
era and spearheaded alliance relationships
with IBM and other global software companies.
Previously, Gary worked as director of business
development for a graphic design group in New
York City and served as corporate director
of marketing for a national telemarketing firm.
He has 18 years of active military service
where his primary specialty was providing marketing
support to Army National Guard recruiting and
retention operations. |

Gary holds a BS from the State University of New York in addition to formal military
education. He is a member of the American Marketing
Association and Council of Supply Chain Professionals. |
